I developed a custom business management system to help moving companies replace scattered tools, spreadsheets, and manual document creation with one centralized platform.
The system automates the complete workflow from Offer → Contract → Invoice, automatically transferring shared data between documents and generating professional PDFs. It also includes Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), appointment management, and centralized data storage.
The project was initially built for one moving company. After proving its value, it was gradually adopted by three additional companies.
To date, the platform has generated 2,387 business documents, helping these companies reduce administrative work, stay organized, and manage their daily operations more efficiently.
